day 10; wednesday
Today was a very good day! :) I might just be saying that because it’s the only day this week that I have to do the Bum Bum workout hehe. I ate well too so hopefully I can keep this up.
Breakfast: A peach, one kiwi, and a handful of blueberries.
Lunch: A slice of whole grain bread with two slices of turkey breast. One tomato. One corn on the cob.
Dinner: Two pieces of grilled chicken breast with lettuce and cucumber.
Workout today was Cardio Axe, Bum Bum and Sculpt. I did Bum Bum before lunch and it was painful. I was literally dripping sweat and I had to wipe the floor after. The other two I did at night. Cardio Axe was a bit more challenging than usual, and Sculpt was alright. I really need to get weights though so that I don’t have to use water bottles.
